Key Responsibilities
System analysis, design, development , and testing of document management applications
Serve as subject matter expert in project and customer on-boarding engagements
Participate with the product owner and agile delivery team in the refinement, tasking and estimating of product backlog user stories
Participate in writing and updating knowledge base articles and troubleshooting documents
Assess changes for risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years of experience developing and using RESTful Application Program Interface (API)
2 + years of technical design experience
Desired Qualifications
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production support
Knowledge and understanding of Content Management Systems
Other Desired Qualifications
2+ years of experience developing Application Program Interface (API)
